Visit to the Doctor

So, I went to the doctor this morning and she told me I have mild asthma due to my allergies. I now have to carry a puffer around with me, because I constantly get out of breath when I'm walking a little too quickly or when I'm climbing stairs, or even if I'm laughing too much. It kind of sucks that I have to stop laughing so I can catch my breath, eventually having to cough it out. I don't think I'll remember to take it with me everywhere, and I hope that I can still run the 10k in May with Will and my sister Stephanie. Hopefully with training, I'll be able to.

I've grown up with asthma my whole life. I know how hard it can be - don't give up on exercising - you will eventually become accustomed to your situation and be able to do things without the loss of breath
