As Will & I are counting down how many days (currently 28) we have left in our apartment, we have stated some of the things that we will not have to deal with anymore when we move:
No More....
....black cats on our balcony trying to get in the door because it is really hungry
....loud music that vibrates through our walls, and plays the same song over and over and over
....lobbies that smell like garbage
....grocery carts in the hallway of our floor
....construction at 6am
....constant aroma of cigarettes (and sometimes other stuff)
....people touching our laundry one minute after the machine finished so they can use it
....construction at the parking lot entrance causing cars to squeeze through
....screeching tires
....motorcycle revving/idling
....hardwood flooring
....crazy people
....kitchen sinks that do not drain
....daily sirens going by
....heat waves with no breeze whatsoever (it always seems to be cooler outside than inside)
....people standing in my parking space with their dogs and choose not to move when they see me clearly trying to get in
....trying to scrounge to find enough quarters and loonies for the week's laundry (realizing that banks are closed on Sundays)
